§ 1 Information on the Collection of Personal Data
(1) The following informs you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data includes all data that can be personally related to you, e.g., name, address, email addresses, user behavior.

(1) You have the following rights regarding personal data concerning you:

- Right to data portability.
(2) You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data by us

§ 3 Collection of Personal Data When Visiting Our Website
(1) When using the website solely for informational purposes, i.e., if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect personal data transmitted by your browser to our server. If you view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary to display our website and ensure stability and security (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR):

§ 4 Privacy Policy for the Contact Form
The personal data you provide to us as part of this contact request will only be used to respond to your inquiry or contact and for the associated technical administration. There is no transfer to third parties.
You have the right to revoke consent given at any time with effect for the future. In this case, your personal data will be deleted immediately.
Your personal data will also be deleted without your revocation once we have processed your request or if you revoke the consent given here. This also applies if storage is otherwise legally impermissible.

§ 5 Use of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies," text files stored on your computer that allow analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. (8) Use of Google Tag Manager: Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags via an interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-free domain and does not collect personal data. The tool triggers other tags, which may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it remains effective for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
§ 6 Use of Newsletter2Go for Newsletter Distribution (turboTIMES)
If you want to subscribe to the newsletter (turboTIMES) offered on the website, we need your email address and information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the provided email address and agree to receive the newsletter.
To ensure consented newsletter distribution, we use the so-called double opt-in process. In this process, the potential recipient is added to a distribution list. Subsequently, the user receives a confirmation email to legally confirm the registration. Only if the confirmation occurs, the address is actively added to the distribution list.
We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and offers.
The newsletter software used is Newsletter2Go. Your data will be transmitted to Newsletter2Go GmbH. Newsletter2Go is prohibited from selling your data or using it for purposes other than sending newsletters. Newsletter2Go is a German, certified provider selected according to GDPR and Federal Data Protection Act requirements.

§ 7 Use of Store-Locator Statistics in the turboWERKSTATT and turboHELD Areas
Users of this website can search for workshops (turboWERKSTATT and turboHELD) trained by BE TURBO using the Store Locator tool. To improve this partner system, the Store-Locator Statistics tool is used. When users search for BE TURBO partners, it is stored which location was searched and whether filtered by turboWERKSTATT or turboHELD.

For contract implementation, we process the data you provide: For the billing address: Name, first name, address, phone number, email address, optionally different delivery address, and when using the bank direct debit procedure, additionally your bank data (IBAN and name of the bank).
If you do not provide the mentioned data, contract implementation/delivery is not possible.
What is the legal basis?
Data processing serves solely the purpose of contract fulfillment. The legal basis for processing personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
How long is the data stored?
Personal data is stored during the contract term and deleted after expiration of legal archiving obligations.
To which recipients is the data disclosed?
Your data is generally not passed on to third parties unless the transfer is necessary for contract implementation and a data protection transmission authorization exists. We use other service providers for processing personal data, including sending emails. All processors were carefully selected, operate under instructions, and only have access to your data to the extent and duration necessary to provide the services or to the extent you consented to data processing and usage.
Where is the data processed?
The data is processed exclusively on our own systems and in data centers in Germany.

You have the right to information about the personal data processed by us concerning you. For non-written requests, we ask for understanding that we may require proof confirming that you are the person you claim to be.
